Looking for a fun, beautiful sensory experience that won’t leave you broke?
The Oregon Zoo offers food, fun, festivities and beautiful creatures to appreciate and spend time with while enjoying the outdoors as guests actively interweave through a colorful park, brimming with communal vigor.
The Oregon Zoo specializes in gorgeous scenery while producing a fun, safe and worthwhile experience for the guest. The paved pathway spans over 64 acres with plenty of resting areas, restrooms, drinking fountains and ADA accommodations.
Beginning through the Great Northwest, the path takes the adventurer through the Fragile Forests, Asia, Pacific Shores and Africa.
In between the 23 specialized exhibits offered, the Oregon Zoo also accommodates with various food & ice cream trailers, gift-shops and restaurants.
Whether it’s events that focus on the zoo’s resident members interacting with their caretakers, animal specialist talks, summer concerts or live shows, displaying some of the more extroverted animal-residents in action: events and activities run wildly popular at the Oregon Zoo.
Guests who visit the Oregon Zoo will often see many amazing animals. In terms of enjoyment, guests have two options: surround one’s self with friends and loved ones who also enjoy a short venture or “go-it-alone” and experience the head-clearing peace along the paths. Either way, employees will often remind the guests, “don’t forget to listen for the birds!” who sing merrily up high in the trees.
